These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form an agreement between you and XeResselz ("we", "us", "the seller"). XeResselz sells digital products, including creator guides, prompt packs, and vendor resource bundles. By using our website or purchasing a product, you are contracting with XeResselz.

2. Acceptance

By accessing or using our website and products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase our products. You confirm that you are of legal age in your country of residence, or that you have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Our products

Our products are digital downloads delivered instantly after purchase. Because access is digital and immediate, you are responsible for saving your downloads in a safe place. If you lose access, contact us at hello@xeresselz.com and we will help you.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse our website or products. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Using the website or products for any unlawful purpose, fraud, or spam.
• Infringing intellectual property rights of XeResselz or any third party.
• Attempting to interfere with the security of the website (malware, probing, scraping).
• Reselling, redistributing, or publicly sharing the products, prompts, or vendor resources you purchase.

5. Intellectual property

XeResselz retains all ownership of the website, products, documentation, and branding. When you buy a product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or circumvent technical limits of our products.

6. Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. All products are sold as one-time payments with instant delivery.

7. Service level

We work hard to keep the website and downloads available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Products are provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) to the fullest extent permitted by law. Results from using our guides, prompts, and vendor resources are not guaranteed.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our products if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, pose a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate these Terms.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the product in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to purchases made while it is live. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
